I can't freaking believe with all these jobs out there that pay crap wages that Republicans aren't clamoring to let more of them in with a greencard and full rights to work. Oh wait, they do want them to come in, and they HIRE them and pay them well too (while demonizing them) they just don't want to give up the idiotic political talking point. DERP! 

 

Honestly, there is NO WAY our Untied States Economy survives the retirement of the baby boomers without the influx of a significant number of immigrants. An economy CANNOT grow while its population so rapidly shrinks. There aren't enough workers or purchasers to maintain it. Policy ought to be anyone with a clean criminal history gets in with a green card. Pay taxes for 10 years, be a good citizen, do not engage in criminal activity you've earned the right to be a citizen. Otherwise the US economy collapses and our status as a world economic power slips away.

Yep...I've been saying this for a long time.  Anyone who seriously tries to act like they are for a booming economy but wants to drastically limit immigration, doesn't have a clue.
