So, Republicans pass a bill demanding 22% cuts in the budget…and then get upset when Dems say they are cutting these programs. It’s not the gotcha you think it is. Republicans want to get to 2022 spending levels plus 1% yearly increase. Instead, they are leaving it up for interpretation. Well, then when people interpret it differently than they intend, it’s not the fault of the people interpreting it.
