You mean the guy who signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act, PACT Act for Vets after Senate Republicans did everything they could to look like morons, signed Bipartisan Gun Legislation, signed Legislation to actually reduce the deficit, and lowered drug costs for seniors?
