They are not rising stars in the Party which you well know and for some reason pretend not to acknowledge.

Well she raised more money than any other republican in the first quarter so theres that. She might not be a rising star according to DC but for the republican base, they love her and what she represents and it shows in who they support financially.

Thank you Officer Archy.

Actually right thread.  It's the way the Republican Party is going unless people such as yourself decide to speak out against the likes of MTG, Paul Gosar, Louie Gohmert, and Barry Moore who are founding the America First Caucus.  I suppose I could have put it in the  "Racism - it's a real thing" thread.  It fits there too.  More on that.

As far as MTG not being a rising star you better check in with the boss first.  He disagrees.

Congratulations to future Republican Star Marjorie Taylor Greene on a big Congressional primary win in Georgia against a very tough and smart opponent,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Marjorie is strong on everything and never gives up — a real WINNER!”

The one you posted was from the primary runoff. So basically unopposed in the general.

Not sure whether Trump proclaimed her as a "future star" after the primary or general has to do with anything.

You are right. I missed the primary in the quote. I thought he said she had a tough opponent, meaning the general. I'll read and bold more carefully in the future.
