Curious whether or not those problems continue for him as a player or if in the end they don't and he puts his season at Nebraska playing wise behind him. He gets unfairly piled on here because we are all pissed at how bad the team is. It’s low hanging fruit but it is who we are. 3 1 Quote Link to comment

Was not P5 level even as a walkon and the results here showed it too. 1 Quote Link to comment

He looks a a lot more productive going 7-9 and 2 TD's. Like A LOT better. I do think he, like Rafdal probably saw his numbers decreasing. 2 of the 4 drops hurts as they were sure TD's.... We only had 4 receiving TD's last year. 2 were from walk-ons in Falck and Liewer. 2 1 Quote Link to comment

Our offense was a screw up machine last year. Him catching that touchdown doesn’t make us 6-2. In fact, wasn’t that the Penn St game? Didn’t we win that game? 1 Quote Link to comment

Funny thing is by all accounts he was a sure handed receiver in practice and grasped the playbook really well after not being here long and was liked by his teammates. Hope he can turn it around and contribute somewhere. Quote Link to comment

Warner being recruited is just one of many. 1 Quote Link to comment

I’m absolutely disappointed in the piling on a kid in this thread that, even though didn’t have super star athleticism, came to Nebraska and worked hard to better the team. Do we need better than him? Yes, but, I’ve seen nothing that would call for trashing the guy. 7 2 1 Quote Link to comment

I don't wish any of them ill will. Going into year 4 with no proven receiver (Falck with 13 the leading returner) speaks to the quandary we are/were in at the receiver spot. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
