We simply don't have the type of athletes needed at OLB to effectively rush the passer without blitzing. Granted very few teams do, but that's what makes running a 3-4 in college football difficult. I know they're rarely in just one setup but mostly I want to see a pass rush with the 4 designed rushers on any given play, not bringing 5 or 6 to get there and leaving holes behind them.
