How do you send a message without jeopardizing the Petrodollar and one of our biggest allies in the region (who continually stabs us in the back)?

Ya, dunno. He's doing more than Trump did but I expect to say that 4 years from now about his entire presidency. I don't expect there to be a lot I look back on that I was thrilled about.

I can't say as I've ever paid much attention to Cuba. I don't believe in socialism and I think that's part of the problem, however another part of the problem is the most obvious place for them to get a lot of imports from would be us, and not being able to get them holds them back. I'd guess potentially more than socialism itself. I don't know what Biden's plan is but I think we should at least go back to Obama era policy. I think we should get rid sanctions and open up trade. The first few mins of this video show what it's like there.

I wonder how many pallets full of cash it will take this time

We seized their cash and then gave it back. Not sure what the issue is as it was not taxpayer money to begin with. We seize their food. Their medicine. No womder they hate us. Its no secret neo-cons want a war with Iran. What better way to get them to retaliate than to seize everything of theirs?

We seize United States criminals property and cash too.   We also freeze the bank accounts of overseas criminals. I’m sure those criminals hate us too.

Could you help me understand how we are seizing the food and medicine of Iranian citizens?  I haven’t heard that before.  Thanks in advance.

There was no $150 billion payout from the U.S. treasury. The money he refers to represents Iranian assets held abroad that were frozen until the deal was reached and Tehran was allowed to access its funds.

The payout of about $1.8 billion is a separate matter. That dates to the 1970s, when Iran paid the U.S. $400 million for military equipment that was never delivered because the government was overthrown and diplomatic relations ruptured.

That left people, businesses and governments in each country indebted to partners in the other, and these complex claims took decades to sort out in tribunals and arbitration. For its part, Iran paid settlements of more than $2.5 billion to U.S. citizens and businesses.

The day after the nuclear deal was implemented, the U.S. and Iran announced they had settled the claim over the 1970s military equipment order, with the U.S. agreeing to pay the $400 million principal along with about $1.3 billion in interest. The $400 million was paid in cash and flown to Tehran on a cargo plane, which gave rise to Trump’s dramatic accounts of money stuffed in barrels or boxes and delivered in the dead of night. The arrangement provided for the interest to be paid later, not crammed into containers.
