Heated it up and charred 7-9 med sized tomatillos/(husks removed), 2 jalapeños, and 4 serranos. Turn so that all sides char. Pour about 1/4 cup of water over it and cover with another piece of foil to steam a bit. Pulse in blender with a clove of garlic, a piece of onion, small handful of cilantro, and a teaspoon of salt.
