RICE KRISPY TREATS: 3 tablespoons butter, salted, 4 cups miniature marshmallows, 6 cups Rice Krispies. Get out a heavy saucepan, add the butter. When the butter melts, reduce the heat to a simmer, add the marshmallows. Stir until the marshmallows are melted. Remove from the heat; add the cereal and mix well until all the cereal is coated. Get out a 13x9-in. pan, spray the pan with cooking spray. Scoop the cereal mixture onto the pan. Place a sheet of waxed paper on top, with your hands gently press and distribute the cereal mixture evenly on the pan. Set aside and allow to cool; cut into 2-inch squares. Quote Link to comment
