Brunch Today/Pic

I made sausage, hashbrowns with onions and eggs for brunch today.  I make my eggs by spraying a muffin tin with Pam and baking them in a preheated 425 degree oven for 16 minutes.  I like my eggs a little soft and they turn out perfect every time and they aren’t greasy!

 

These hashbrowns are my favorite hashbrowns. I think they are better than Ore Ida.
