Bledred
OU has a legit shot at winning a National Title this year. NU has a legit shot at going bowl-less for a 5th straight year. OU 73, NU 24. 2 Quote Link to comment

I’d be tempted to place a pretty big bet on Nebraska if that was the point spread Vegas came out with. 1 Quote Link to comment

suh_fan93
Tulane was 2 minutes away from beating OU when they got the ball back with 2 minutes left had they had scored. Tulane's QB arguably played better than Spencer Rattler. The Green Wave ended up losing by 5 points. Quote Link to comment

I just want to avoid a trend where we get blitzed by a team when another lesser team plays the big boy close. Purdue gave its fan base an OSU blow out a couple years ago. Our GameDay showing against OSU was ugly. Tulane losing by five and Nebraska losing by 56 is something we have to avoid. UTSA beating Illinois is a tangential example of this issue... We are overdue for our day. The closest we've tasted was 2AM's Frosh year and OSU, but we couldn't quite finish. Quote Link to comment
suh_fan93
For me the jury is still out largely based on our offense. The fun and games are over now after Illinois and Fordham as far as our schedule and one of those teams we couldn't beat. Anything is possible but we have to start playing at least half way decent football against teams with an actual pulse. Where it stands right now anyway I just hope we don't get embarrassed by any of them at this point. 1 Quote Link to comment

SECHusker
They beat an undersized FCS team that has gone 7-27 (0-2, '21; 1-8, '20; 3-9, '19; and 3-8, '18) over the past 4 seasons. Not saying we'll win, but really should take nothing from this game. 3 Quote Link to comment
