What a clinic, outside of the freshman losing his head a little trying to get that last out. More zeroes on the scoreboard from Husker pitchers than a Hawkeye report card  :dumdum :koolaid2:

 
Won the series,

Showed what team is clearly the best in the conference by sweeping every series but 1.

Gave the committee reason to ponder rewarding us with a traveling 1 seed. 

Ensured a top 20 finish. 

Incredible Season for our boys and coaches in Red!!

Great way to close a great regular season out. Win the series against UM and have winning records against all of the top conference contenders. Won 10 of the last 11 against some really good competition to end the season, perfect way to be primed going into regional play.
