But, QBs usually commit reasonably early, so they can help recruit other skill players around them. Yes, he was committed to OSU. Things changed. Not sure what. Obviously, nothing significantly changed at OSU like the coach. I figured it was our coaching change that made him do it. So, I'm very surprised there are others that look to take him away from us. But....maybe he's still thinking we are #1 and just wanting to go through the motions taking visits. If he does commit to N, other teams will aggressively try to flip him, and some negative recruiting will take place. Quote Link to comment

Yeah recruiting never sleeps just ask the coaches who have talked about open recruiting certain rosters to poach good players away. Quote Link to comment

Of course recruiting never stops. Now days, you even have to continually recruit players that are currently on your team and starting....during the season. Quote Link to comment

We have to get back to winning before high profile so called 5 star kids will even consider coming here. 1 Quote Link to comment

And, if someday we get the #1 QB, then that's great. But, fans upset that we don't get the #1 QB are being unreasonable. 2 Quote Link to comment

Georgia was never this elite until Kirby took over. Georgia is in the SEC, recruiting hot bed, won 18 more games than Nebraska during Richts non Elite years, and went to 2 more BCS bowl games. Why do people still act like Nebraska isn’t Great Value brand at this point? 2 Quote Link to comment

Nebraska has a bigger hill to climb then Georgia 2 2 Quote Link to comment
