Enhance
I've been looking for a lot of meal alternatives this summer while on a cut and thought I'd take a stab at some personal, healthy(er) pizza, and honestly... it turned out pretty damn good. Each pizza came out to just under 500 calories. The following are the ingredients for one pizza. Organic thin and crispy personal pizza crust (I got the one below from Baker's) ½ tsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 60 grams tomato sauce 28 grams shredded mozzarella cheese 3-4 oz of cooked chicken breast, diced 15 grams of diced red or green pepper 15 grams of black olives olives Parmesan cheese Just take your crust and lightly brush it with the olive oil. Layer on the garlic, sauce, cheese, chicken, peppers and olives. Sprinkle on the Italian season. Bake at 400 degree for 10-12 minutes. And then I like to lightly sprinkle on some parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. 1 2 Quote Link to comment

teachercd
Why not just use 0 cal cooking spray instead of oil? And grab these https://shop.josephsbakery.com/products/flax-oat-bran-whole-wheat-lavash You just cut 150 (plus) cals out. 2 Quote Link to comment
Enhance
That lavosh is so good! I'm not on an explicit 'low calorie' diet so I did a couple of things to beef up the calories - I try to aim for certain amounts and macros each day to stay in a specific deficit. 1 Quote Link to comment
admo
@Enhance can I come over and have a slice? Looks delicious. You are well on your way. Making your own pizza is so good. Could smother that cooked chicken in some sweet and spicy barbecue sauce before it all goes into the oven. Add some sour cream when you take it out. There are so many options. Carne Asada pizza is amazing too. 2 Quote Link to comment
