Michigan: What did we learn

It's unbelievable how many different ways this team finds to lose games.

Martinez, for all the good things he does, can't help but find ways to mess up in crucial moments. It's uncanny.

Missed opportunities. One after the other with this team. It's past getting old.

This team couldn't close one of those swinging saloon doors.

1. You cannot take the 1st half off with play calling and spot the other team 13 points.  That put the team behind and it was simply too much to make up.

2.  Martinez is a winning QB off the field but not on the field.  Frost needs to move on from him as the guy just doesn't have it when it's needed.

3.  Defense had a lackluster performance and missed many tackles.  First time all season they seemed to struggle.

4.  Special teams actually looked good.

5.  Frost still has to find a way to get 4 more wins to get his first winning season.  The odds of that have gone way down.

1. Our fanbase whines more about refs than any other fanbase

2.  Play calling was better in the second half.

3. Martinez would have had a 30 yard gain if he would have went left instead of straight. Dude is a good player but he crumbles under pressure and can't make the plays to win the game.

4. Defense played a great game.

5. Offensive line is looking much better.

6. Frost needs another year.

It’s really hard to watch these emotional rollercoaster games. We all know they are gonna lose beforehand. We just invent new ways to f#&% s#!t up.

Northwestern is absolutely awful

I mean yeah but second half N was pretty good.

-We can’t trust Martinez when the game is on the line.

-Frost needs to learn to take the f*****g points. That 3 was a big difference.
-Our defense did mostly what was asked and they’re our strength.

-Our special teams were “meh”. That’s an improvement.

-These officials were garbage and cost us points with their calls, but they didn’t lose the game for us.

-Minnesota is in for a major a$$ whoopin’. This team has a lot of frustration to work out.
