As @zeWilbur noted, apparently it's Dave Jones.   Looks like he was a walk-on defensive lineman from Osmond Nebraska for a couple years in the 90s.  Doesn't look like he ever got on the field.

His former head coach at Burke is moving to Westside so he and a few others are following him.
