They all can recruit, which is what we desperately need. Ed's a D-coordinator though so what position does he take in your mind? I'm not saying I want him just curious. 2 Quote Link to comment
Cdn Blackshirt Two
I know people keep saying we should get an OC/QB Coach combo....but I'm leaning towards an OC/OL Coach Combo. Go find the very best OL Coach available and build everything from ground up from there (culture, scheme, playcalling, etc.) 2 Quote Link to comment
RichardHangslow
Get rid of Frost, Tom Herman as HC, Bill O'Brien as OC Erik Chinander DC I do not have a OL coach. Just make it happen Trev. 6 Quote Link to comment

UniversalMartin
Go get Beau Baldwin from Cal Poly for OC It's a cheap one year OC that would take it for resume boost alone Quote Link to comment
ndobney
I would like someone that runs the offense out of the diamond formation Quote Link to comment

Toe
Looking up stats on some guys I've seen mentioned, something stood out to me. Kent State and North Texas are currently the #3 and #4 rushing offenses in the country. They're also #106 and #102 for red zone TD percentage. A lot of people equate having a run-heavy offense with being able to easily punch it into the end zone when you're there, but clearly that's not necessarily the case. 2 2 1 Quote Link to comment

It's almost like you can't be one dimensional in order to succeed. 2 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Substantial rushing complemented by quite a bit of passing. Quote Link to comment
