PJ isn't afraid of getting rid of assistants. He canned his DC during the season a few years ago and seems to tweak his staff each year. With all the big egos in the coaching industry, I wonder how many assistant coaches get let go just because it's not a good fit (i.e. the head coach just doesn't like working with them).
