3-7 Nebraska going against Iowa Hawkeyes.

I had a dream last night.  Nebraska leads into the 4th, Defense playing lights out.  Important 3rd down and Iowa calls a time out.  

From the higher stands, a chant begins of "Husker Power" and then "We are... Nebraska!!" to "This is... Nebraska!!"

Nebraska wins, and the students storm the field.  Nebraska holds the trophy high, and explains its the 1st step towards a long winning streak.  

 
That would also be the first step towards there being a new stadium chant in Lincoln.

Storming the field in the sense of we are Marshall or other movies.  Just because we came so close in so many games.  This could be the beginning of a new era 

 
I once had a dream one February night that the Dodgers were going to win the world series. This was strange, because I'm not really a die hard Dodger fan. But lo and behold, they made the World Series that year...and got pounded by Boston. Dream interpretation is a waste of time, is my point  :thumbs :koolaid2:

 
I dont think Husker fans would even storm the field lol.  Watching our games is like watching a NFL game. It gets loud but doesnt have the Crazy storm the field atmosphere you see in the other big student sections.. I could be wrong.

I beg to differ, as that year we beat the Buffs I almost got run over by the Schnapps enabled students with a section of the goal posts ripped apart and carried downtown.  1994.

I was at that game. Never really understood the rushing field as we were used to winning back then. I did take an orange to the face though about the time the goalposts were coming down. I was a little wasted so didn't really care. Good memories.
