He was named Mr. Football for Mississippi 3A.  I assume that's a smaller class but still nice.  His team was state champs in 3A.

 

We also told him he'll get a look at kick returner.  He averaged 36.6 yards on kickoff returns, taking 6 out of 11 for TDs.

 

Also ran for 1,231 yards and 28 TDs on offense, averaging 17.3 yards per carry.

Hopefully he is good at the fair catch motion. Cause I dont remember us even trying to return a kick or punt all year.

His stats for the year are 71 carries for 1231 yards and 28 TDs, seven two-point conversations, seven catches for 163 yards and three TDs, five punt return TDs, 11 kick returns for 403 yards and six TDs, 23 tackles, seven TFLs, three interceptions, seven PBU, and one fumble returned for a TD.

 

Malcolm was the best player on the field ever game he had. He is undersized but was so productive last year. If he really runs a 4.47 then great pickup.

Man, these are both soooo hilarious... We'll piss and moan all year about not having a reliable return man and our lack of special teams production. But then when we recruit someone to address this need we'll crap all over in the players recruitment thread just in case he comes to our site to see what people are saying about his commitment. Dang we are an AWESOME FAN BASE!!!! Woooo!
