Farms
I was pretty adamant that Rahmir would not be our starting running back he just hasn’t proven to be a dynamic runner. However I really thought we’d see him as our primary 3rd down back. Also really surprised we haven’t seen him run out of any special packages but I’m sure they’re saving some wrinkles for Oklahoma. Yeah, that’s it, we’re saving….stuff. 1 1 1 Quote Link to comment
Savage Husker
I mean, I like Rhamir and thought he ran hard, but hard to question what Grant has brought these last 2 weeks. He’s a less physical Leveon Bell, but shiftier IMO. I use this comparison based on how he attacks the hole, not that I believe he’s a potential nfl RB. Quote Link to comment

Our issues the last two games had nothing to do with a lack of creativity. We just didn’t execute very well. You may think I’m kidding because the last two games were dogfights but I’m certain you will see things in the OU game that you haven’t seen a lot of so far. 2 Quote Link to comment

The Dude
I'd don't know how to word this without sounding like I'm bagging on the guy, which isn't my intention, but I don't know what we've seen from the backs and receivers that makes people think, "you know what this team needs, Rahmir Johnson's meager production". Maybe if he could play tight end... 3 1 Quote Link to comment
In the Deed the Glory
I’ve seen more from Grant and Allen in 2 games than I have any of the other backs. Make people miss, hit the hole hard, finish moving forward, and Grant isn’t afraid to sacrifice his body on pass pro. It’s super early but Grant has all the makings of being the best back since Ameer. The fact Frost is begging for RJ makes zero sense. 2 1 Quote Link to comment

It (among other things) will cost him his job. Quote Link to comment
