What did we learn? Minnesota edition

All of these what did we learn threads after all of these losses has made us learn something about how we find ways to lose.  Our first loss this season was delivered to us by a team which has not won since.

Smacks of a losing culture that needs expert analysis, followed by precision mission oriented guidance by those doing that analysis.

Is it realistic to expect that from Coach Joseph?  If not, who?  Honestly, can it be done here?

What is required for having a winning culture?

The key is hiring a coach that understands how to develop it and has a staff that does what is necessary.

We say we want a winner. This, that and the other has to happen.   What would current and former successful coaches tell us?

It’s a combination of things. Among them is the ability to connect and relate with the team. Along with that, understanding that people have have uniquenesses and learn differently. In another words strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

With football IQ and experience, the coach and his group of teachers need to have high degree of emotional intelligence.

It has to be authentic whomever is chosen to do it. And it’s not just the head coach.

Anthony Grant got 80 yards in the first quarter. Anthony Grant got 35 yards the rest of the game. Vokolek and Brewington each caught one pass for short yardage.

Vokolek was targeted a couple time but Purdy's throws were off the mark, which is being kind. I don't know how you miss a 6' 7" target.
