Lol. I should have added some sort of sarcastic font. I was trying to be sarcastic that everyone has unreasonable expectations about every coach we hire. In general I’m pretty happy with all the hires so far. Young. Great energy. Developers. Great recruiters.

I always deferred back to the fact that a lot of pros liked working with him in the offseason, so there at least has to be some higher level of teaching acumen there.
