I like the IDEA of this, but i thought i read on here he has no idea what he is doing and has no experience.  So i like what he did and clearly he can coach and be a motovator,  but we might need more than that.  Id love to keep him around in some aspect.

The obsession with former assistants on a 4-8 staff is puzzling

What’s puzzling? Under Busch the defense pitched shutouts for entire halves. They did better against Michigan than Ohio state did. The defense got markedly better as the season went on. In reality w out Busch we wouldn’t have even gone 4-8
