I am fine with the idea of getting Shough instead of Yankoff. From what I've heard (read) he has all the intangibles, like Gebbia he just needs to add some weight and get his body ready for Power 5 football.

Yep, 2017. Arizona commit. Rivals 247 Interesting guy to visit. 247 has him as a 2star but he has offers from Oregon, USC, and Colorado as well as, obviously, Arizona. Not a bad list

Did some creeping around on the tOSU boards. Not a lot of confidence there that he returns to the Buckeyes, sounds like concerns with the direction of tOSU's offense and a so-so relationship with Zack Smith pushed him out. Also some wonderful "Fire Zack Smith" threads on those boards that made me happy!

I think we still have a better shot with Calvin than Lewis, but I think Lewis plays right away if he comes, not sure about Calvin. If we do still lack depth I can see Darnay or Greg Johnson play some wide out if they come here but as of right now we are not the favorite to land either of those guys.

An offense that scores 25pts a game and a defense that allows only 15pts. I don't care what offense and defense we run, but if we can find a way to do this we should have a good year and a trip to Indy.

I have wondered why it seems we do not recruit Illinois harder. Do any of the coaches have any ties to that area?
