SCI intelligence (which is usually but not always TS/SCI) is different. It must reside in a SCIF. It's very difficult to "accidently" misplace it.

If Biden's garage had TS/SCI in it, as his PGC office did (illegally), this isn't a "whoops" anymore & cannot be dismissed as such.
