Can confirm per source that #Hawaii inside linebackers coach Mark Banker is joining Nick Rolovich at #WashingtonState. He will coach the Cougars safeties. Banker returns to the Pac-12, where he was the longtime Oregon State defensive coordinator. @BruceFeldmanCFB first reported.
