Nebraska On3 has confirmed Husker baseball's signing of pitcher JC Gutierrez with a source at the university.

Gutierrez posted 156 strikeouts in 82.1 innings with a 2.30 ERA during his senior year at La Joya high school in Texas.
He decommitted from Texas Tech in recent days.
