Sophomore walk-on Nebraska linebacker Joey Johnson has entered the NCAA transfer portal a program spokesman confirmed to @HuskerOnline.

Johnson was on the No. 2 defense a year ago,but a number of redshirt freshmen and newcomers have elevated on the depth chart since a year ago.
