Does the "BYU to the Big 12 so they can have 10 games" talk have some legs to it?

That would be interesting if BYU could pull of a poor man's Notre Dame/ACC deal with the Big 12. I just couldn't see Texas/Oklahoma agreeing to give them an equal share.
