Here is the man we tracked, who went by "Tee Bee" on a now deleted Strava. Note the distinctive helmet, glasses, and bandana. We were also able to identify this person's address almost exactly. The man the police arrested is named Anthony Brennan, or I guess Tony B/TB pic.twitter.com/MWOriM9D9M
