I was reading an interview with Nick Saban and he stated that when it came to recruiting, he had set metrics ( height, weight and speed ) for each position and would not offer kids if they didn’t meet them. He said he started using it when he left MSU and went to LSU. He was saying it makes a big difference when it comes to coaching because he has kids already close to his playing weight metrics and the player can focus more on playing football instead of gaining weight.

I think Rhule needs to follow this same line of thinking. This kid would be a good start.
