when can the class of 09 offically receive scholarship offers?, I believe it is the first day of their junior year am I right

Yeah I think it's beginning of Sept. Last year if I'm not mistaken it was Sept. 2nd and didn't Steinkuhler commit on the very first day possible?

Yeah according to Rivals he committed on Sept. 3rd last year and I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that that was the first day anyone could receive written offers and commit.
