I read they were trying spread things out to fill up the offseason more so there was always something to talk about. Basically, they're shooting for one "event" each month - Super Bowl in February, Combine in March, Free Agency opening in April, Draft in May, Camps starting in June and so on.

There were five OTs drafted in the first round but no OGs so I doubt it.
