fun to to be in KC . really becoming crazy at how much command they seem to have. 1 of the worst team in baseball for years..then last year fall a bit short of making post season, , and now 1 game away from WS..this is becoming historically amazing. nobody (except Dyson) in town is even whispering we are going to make it. nobody wants to jinx it! that bullpen is lockdown

Well Matheny strikes again. No reason for Wacha to be in in the 9th when he hasn't pitched in damn near a month.

Having Yadi might have helped but I put this series squarely on Matheny and $150 million worth of your 3 and 4 hitters not producing when Carpenter and Jay were on all series.
