Huskers Illustrated had some of the local media members give their "Super Six" for the class of 2014. They also included one sleeper.

The composite rankings from all 17 media members was:

1. Tanner Farmer, OL, Highland.

2. Monte Harrison, WR, Lee’s Summit West.

3. Nick Gates, OL, Bishop Gorman.

4. Mikale Wilbon, RB, De La Salle.

5a. Peyton Newell, DL, Hiawatha.

5b. D.J. Foster, OL, Southeast.

Lol. No Monte Harrison in your list? I realize he might not make it to campus, but that totally discredits your list there.

To me Monte Harrison is one of the most athletic kids we have the potential to have on campus. I realize he may not make it due to the MLB draft but the kid is a freak athlete and is underrated by ESPN recruiting who has him as the 55th best WR in the country.

Also I think Walton will have an impact sooner than people expect. Obviously LB is a position we don't need much help with but it should tell you something about the kid that he is the only LB we took this class.

Bottom four are underrated. for sure. Harrison should be a 5 star as well.
