A&M's camp — afternoon and evening sessions will be held June 4 — is part of what Adidas is billing as the "Adidas Satellite Camp Series" and will feature coaches from Adidas schools A&M, NU, Mississippi State, Arizona State and Kansas, among others.
"This is our first year working some of these mega camps," Van De Riet said.
Nebraska's staff isn't quite sure what to expect, though Riley, who has become friends with A&M coach Kevin Sumlin, will participate on some level.
The UTSA camp — billed as the "UTSA Adidas 3 Stripe Challenge" — is June 5.
Mercer's Three Stripe Elite Camp is June 7; Mercer is 90 minutes south of Atlanta.
FAU's "Adidas Showcase" is June 8. FIU's one-day camp 60 miles away is also June 8 but in the evening.
The Lindenwood Camp is June 10; Nebraska is an exclusive partner for that particular day, though Lindenwood is also teaming up with Iowa State (June 2), Missouri (June 4), Iowa (June 8) and Illinois (June 9), as well. St. Charles, Missouri is a western suburb of St. Louis, where Nebraska wants to focus more of its recruiting efforts going forward. NU attended a Lindenwood Camp last year, as well.
The University of the Redlands camp — located 60 miles east of Los Angeles — is June 11; Nebraska is again an exclusive partner on that day, but Redlands has partnerships with several Pac-12 programs, as well.
