Too many losing seasons in a row for me to get my hopes up. I'll watch the entire game though and happily take the Huskers playing well no matter the outcome.

Does any freshmen (True or RS) score a TD for NU on Saturday?

I'll take Ronald Thompkins on that one if there are any. But not likely.

Freshman TDs for Farmer (pick six) and Ty Robinson (scoop and score on a Henrich sack-fumble). :koolaid2:

Realistically I wouldn't be surprised if a freshman scores, and I think the likely ones have been mentioned with Thompkins, Johnson, and Brown. McCaffrey? Other RBs and WRs will probably play and may get a shot.

My dark horse would be Chris Hickman - from interview snippets they're using him a fair amount as a giant slot receiver, not a bad way to get a good red zone matchup for a big, athletic dude.

OSU still has a sizable talent gap over us.  But, I find it interesting how much that gap has closed since 2016.

Pretty much what we all know, but it's interesting seeing the statistics.

Experts know BS...if this team comes out hungry and eager to play, we have a decent chance at an upset. Call me an optimist but I have a good feeling about this one. We might not win but I feel it will be much closer than what the experts are predicting.
