I've never liked Frost's preference to receive when winning the toss. It puts too much pressure on the offense to score or at least move the ball on that first drive, and it takes away the potential of winning the middle 8 minutes (last 3 of first half and first 5 of the second half) of the game.

I like it this way.  I think they should definitely be on Kick off and punt return.  Punt return for obvious reasons you have your defense already out there in case of fake and you probably have one or two guys in the secondary that can return punts.
