College football's 2023 season is still a few months away, but it's never too early to look at projections, predictions and win totals for the upcoming year. DraftKings released its over/under numbers for the Big Ten's 14 teams on Friday, with Michigan (10.5), Ohio State (10.5), Penn State (9.5), and Wisconsin (9) topping the list of projected top programs for '23.
