I doubt anyone expected Sears to throw tomorrow. Bolt needs to set up his starters and pen for the regionals. Almost would prefer Sears doesn't throw at all. Really, there isn't any improvement in seeding with winning the tourney and to win it teams will have to throw 4 starters. That's a butt load of stress on the bullpen. Winning 1 or 2 and then turning things to the pen is what Augie would often do.

I don’t completely disagree with you. Makes total sense. I do know Sears is throwing game 2. Wed or Thursday would give him his normal break, but having additional days would not hurt

 
are the games are going to be played?  weather seems to be cooperating now if they were able to get the field ready after all that rain....breezy but dry
