2025 Alternate Uniforms

I hope they can get some vendors carrying cheap black shirts outside the stadium for this. You know 1/3rd of our aging fan base will be caught off guard if the only advertising is done on social media. I know some of you will respond with they should be provided but obstacles like shirt size, weather, etc make that really hard. It would also cost 500k even if the shirts were only $5 or $6.
The game is November 1st. People will need to be wearing black coats.

I'm more worried about the fans that will just intentionally ignore it. I don't love black/white/stripe outs, but I'd participate if I were attending this game. I think the more stubborn older fans wearing red just because they're mad that we're doing it.
There are already people posting about how they will still only wear red.

I have never worn a coat to a game just because it is so annoying.

But I will go with a T-shirt, long sleeve shirt (sometimes two) and then a hoodie. With gloves.

Then long undies with jeans (No, not carpenter jeans, relax) and two pairs of socks.

That, with beers/booze before and during has always been fine for me.

I would rather be at a cold game...hot games suck

Just depends on the day. Average high is in the 60s on Nov 1st. Below is the weather that week last year.

It could easily be in the 70s, or even 80s. I agree with Teach above- Black T-Shirt over long sleeves if it is chilly. Black sweatshirt if it is colder. Pretty unlikely to be below 50°.

I am too old fashioned I guess, I don't like all the alternate uniforms. I like the message that the same uniform year in year out sends (with tweaks for new pad and helmet tech and such).

Oh well, if they win, I'll get over it.

With good messaging, these people are few and far between.

We've successfully gotten 15,000 people to stand on their feet for entire basketball games, which is (as far as I can tell) unheard of.
