Huskers open as 5.5 point favorites with an over/under of 154.5.  ESPN gives them a 61.6% chance to win. 

Mast & Worster are out.  Meah (as above) is questionable.   Everyone else should be available.

The duo of Jacobsen and Hoiberg made the offense fluid and moved the ball quickly.  The offense looked a lot better, esp in the 2nd half.  Essigian was getting looks and made buckets.  The offense didn't just go through Brice and Gary and dealing with the results of them shooting.  

Berke and Morgan and even Meah were all on the bench watching and cheering later in the game when the Huskers had rhythm on offense and playing tough defense (minus Brice on D, of course).

Near the 5 minute mark, Hurley had the look of "This when we choke during the final stretch".  Not knowing that Nebraska has had that same feeling in many games before themselves lol. 

Brice gobbled up a lot of easy free throws when needed, and it was good to know he is pretty good at that as well.

I thought Hoiberg tried to do too much early, thus sev. TOs. Once Kyle came in the 2nd half, he played better.

This was a typical Husker game.  Lack luster 1st half & turn up the def in the 2nd.  Our problem during Big 10 play was a 3rd scorer.  Last night, Essegian had no points in the 1st half & scored around 20 in the 2nd.

 
Hope that Essegian is hot tomorrow as well. That makes a huge difference when they have to guard him and not sag toward Bryce and Juwann!! Our bigs will need to show up tomorrow, they did very little tonight. We sure miss alot of close shots under the basket! GO BIG RED
