I'm guessing pass pro proficiency along with pass catching ability will get guys on the field this year. I envision a lot of short passes to our RBs rather than handing off to them.

I saw something about Johnson catching 200 balls a day this summer. I'm all for getting him the ball in space and seeing what he can do.

It would not shock me if EJ catches as many balls as Marlon Lucky did that one season.

I forget the number but it was like 80 receptions. Dana loves getting the ball out quick and those are easy passes to complete.

I LOVE that route too!

I used to coach Freshman ball and that route was always one of two things

1. TD for us
2. TD for the other team

80 receptions isn’t that far out of the realm of possibility. Looking at the last 4 games EJ caught 7/6/6/4 so averaging 6 receptions a game over 13 games gets you to about 80. So excited for the season!
