Message boards aren't the best for informed opinions (with this one obviously being the exception), but the LSU ones are not sorry to see him go. But he definitely has potential, and I feel more confident in Geep Wade unlocking that than I did with Donny.

i guess it depends on how much money we have to spend. i think a proven starter on the d-line is our biggest priority at this point.

I'm in no way trying to argue with you and I agree d-line should be the biggest priority. Not knowing the money situation or anything else, I was just saying we need to get as many quality OL as we can because of injuries and the guys that played the last few years have not had the benefit from quality OL coaching.

i reread what i posted and it seems like i might have sounded a bit like i think we need this specific lineman. i will be happy with any one of several that are out there still. but once we get one of them i think our priority definitely is defensive line. after that i have no idea how much more we have to spend or not.
