2026 Transfer Portal Activity

This really isn’t that big of a deal. Signing period has already passed and the tournament timeline is much shorter than bowl season for college football. Many of these 400 recruits aren’t even on P5 teams. This has little to no impact on Nebraska.
 
Girls are announcing their entering after their season is over. Most are trying to get a plan as semesters will be starting sooner rather than later. Visits, ensuring a spot, enrolling, finding housing, all need to get done in a short amount of time. Hell, three K State starters from Saturday declared today. Tennessee and Florida each lost over half their starters to the portal. There are some very big time players that entered today.
