2026 Transfer Portal

Pretty surprised by this. I would think he'd want to be a part of turning Nebraska into basketball U. OR does he get pushed out by people inside the program because they have plans for bigger and better?? Not sure how that works anymore. Seems like players can leave at will so can coaches push players out in the same way?
He just wanted more money than Fred and co. were willing to pay, nothing more than that. Fred held firm on NU’s offer and Berke and his agent said no.

I like the 6'9" part. 👍👍
Yes so do I, however...... Nearly every college player that went to the NBA combine showed up 1 1/2 to 2 inches shorter than their college height.

6-6 guards were 6-4, etc, etc... Even #1 pick Cooper Flagg was 6-10 at Duke all year, but at the combine (real height without shoes) was a tad under 6-8.

It just means that a lot of college players are shorter these days than what they are listed at. Been that way for about 15 years.

Well looks like we are going big game hunting

That is a shocking bummer 😭 😭 😭

I could count on him to play exactly the way he plays game after game, but perhaps seeing him taking another step with improvement next year.

If he can score the extra money I guess I don't blame him (maybe just his agent).

I hate that part about NIL

Supposedly we are in discussions with this guy. 2022 TWolves draft pick, played in 2023 NBA Summer League with the TWolves. Never played in the G League, but is basically a pro overseas.

Personally, I am not exactly a fan of guys like this playing college ball.
