Are u kidding? They still tour every year and even support the huskers. I think they could do an awesome tunnel walk song!
I think that Mikey Bo should do a remix of the Fort Minor song "remember the name" for the tunnel walk

I'm sure 311 could come up with something good if they set their minds to it. I do like the idea of having 'in-state' artists do things for the school and team.
Maybe somebody can come up with some cash and do a whole CD of Bid Red Football music, all by Nebraska artists. THAT would be pretty cool.

Somebody should remove this thread before it get's taken seriously. 311 has got to be the worst band possibly in the history of music! Our tunnel walk was gay enough last year, let's not add something to make it worse.
What is wrong with using some music that will get people pump up. Maybe like Metallica's Don't Tread On Me!
If you want to stay local, which I think would be cool, you could use Venaculus, Emphatic or Stigmata.
Please for the sake of everything that is right with Husker football don't mention 311 again.
People laughed at us last year, let's not let it happen again this year.

311 would motivate you to go lay on your couch and smoke illegal substances, that's about it. The tunnelwalk was just fine at the end of last year, we saw at the beginning of last year what happens when people mess with it. IE: "Are you ready men?" "Hoo, Hoo!" WTF?
