Connolly’s KO return helps Patriots beat Packers 31-27December 19, 2010 By Michael

Connolly rumbled 71 yards with what is believed to be the longest kickoff return by an offensive lineman in NFL history and Tom Brady threw two touchdown passes as New England edged the Green Bay Packers 31-27 for their sixth straight win Sunday night.

I’ve never seen anything happen so slow in my life,” Brady said with a laugh. “They won’t be kicking to him anymore, I’ll tell you that." LINK

The big guy got some wheels!! Ha ha!

it was great to watch. Schick and nick today made a great point about everyone laughing at him for being slow- tho he'd likely beat 8/10 listeners in a foot race. Speed is relative on the field, of course he looks slow compared to most everyone else out there. Im 28, 5'7'' 180lbs and in pretty damn good shape and i bet he'd wax me. Id need a couple months and a dozen attempts to break 5 secs in the forty im sure.

To Me I thought he moved pretty well for a lineman, maybe thats why he is the Kick Return team. but yeah we would kill me a dead sprint, It wouldnt even be funny.
