A little hope from the Oklahoma past

Hey all,

As I was going through good memories of the past in my mind and on the internet, I came across the 1997 Nebraska season record. Please go ahead and take a look at the OU game (its a rape):

I only vaguely remember watching this game, but I do remember even I was disappointed at oklahoma's performace. Even though they are our "arch rivals" it was sad to see a powerhouse die. BUT I think we can all see they didn't die, they just needed the right leadership...just like Nebraska now. We can turn this thing around.

Thought it would be a refreshing though for all of us depressed fans.

 
Definitely shows how the right leadership (Coaching) on a team can improve or destroy it. With Callahan and COz gone, Nebraska will be better. GBR

 
Absolutely! Things will be good for the Huskers, sooner or later, at some point or another. Keep the faith! And keep the support for the N!!

Yeah back in the day when NU was leading in a game 50-12 and we would fumble and all the fans would go "What The ...."
